Chip it consistently
In golf there are many factors and variables thatcan change a result of a shot. These could be thelie, the wind, the firmness of a green, pitchinginto an upslope, pitching onto a down slope, thetemperature, the type of grass your pitching onto, along with many others.
The one thing that doesn't change is where youwant to land the ball. All of the previous factorsmust be taken into the calculation for the finalresult, but the one thing that stays constant isthe person playing the shot and where they want toland the ball.
When you next practice your chipping, place atowel or a headcover down where you are trying toland the ball. Don't look at the final result, geta consistent height and carry, and make yourchipping better! This will lead to better touch, feel and judgement.
